Daisy Ozim Founder Resilient Wellness, a public health startup designed to reestablish cultural medicine access for marginalized communities. As a commissioner for Alameda County Public Health Commission, she works towards health equity and decentralization of power for vulnerable communities. Her work is centered around decolonizing philanthropy, technology and public policy. Past experience in the public sector for social justice inspired her to start the Blockchain for Social Justice collective. A platform designed to promote education and access of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency for marginalized communities. Daisy has worked to support the inclusion of vulnerable communities within the emerging industry and is now working on statewide efforts to establish blockchain education for community based organizations and local government. Daisy hosts events to bring women together and educate them in order to diversify the blockchain space. She has spoken at conferences such as Tech Intersections, Youth, Tech and Health, DISCON and more.

Olga V. Mack VP Strategy Quantstamp, the first decentralized security auditing blockchain platform. Olga is a blockchain and distributed ledger technology strategist and security professional. Olga was instrumental in passing AB 2658 and SB 838, which define blockchain and form a working blockchain group in California. She co-authored Fundamentals of Smart Contracts Security (Momentum Press, March 2019) and she is writing a book about blockchain and distributed ledger technology business models. Olga leads the Smart Contracts Security Alliance to help enterprises innovate in blockchain securely. She spoke at TEDxSanFrancisco about the impact potential of blockchain and smart contracts and at SXSW about blockchain business models. Olga was previously General Counsel at ClearSlide. She also worked at Visa, Yahoo, and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. 

Cindy-Anne Lewis Dir Marketing & Comms Dispatch Cindy-Anne is a seasoned marketing executive with experience at the highest levels, as a brand champion and team builder in the Blockchain, IT and Telco sectors. She has worked with major multinationals such as Intel, Ericsson and more recently with Dispatch Labs in the Blockchain space. She is a natural leader with tireless passion and a can-do attitude for creating value and enabling the achievement of shared goals and aspirations. In previous roles she headed up marketing for Intel & Ericsson in sub-Saharan Africa, and is passionate about driving Blockchain for social good in Africa and emerging markets. She is also one of the co-founders of The X-Change, which is a women in blockchain networking group who meet monthly to help drive diversity and inclusion within the Blockchain space. She is also an Advisor for The Bureau.

Harshitha Kilari General Partner Decipher Capital, a San Francisco-based venture capital fund focused on supporting pre-seed and seed companies building solutions in the blockchain ecosystem. Prior to founding Decipher, she was the founding CFO of HeyTutor, a Los Angeles-based edtech marketplace that connected students, tutors, and tutoring agencies. She started her career in the prestigious TAP program at Capital Group, a mutual fund with $2T under management. She started their Strategy, Innovation & Venture Group, later moving to London & Geneva to cover oil, and finally back to the US to cover specialty chemicals stocks. She was born in WI, raised in NV, and has a BA in Economics-Mathematics from Columbia University.

Moderator: Karen Salay has over 15 years of experience selling enterprise software and doing sales/channels and marketing for startups. Her super power is helping companies clarify their go to market messaging and gaining traction. She started her career as a developer with Price Waterhouse which enables her to meld technology and business. She currently provides sales and go to market services for blockchain companies and is an advisor at the Berkeley Blockchain Accelerator and for several other companies. She is an entrepreneur at heart starting with Junior Achievement and previously founded a social media startup.
